Somatic Devotion

Mentorship Statement

Ethos + Intention

My priority is to create a safe, slow and restorative ecosystem where you can explore the truth of who you are.

However, safe does not always mean comfortable. You will meet edges. You will be challenged. We will come into contact with what is longing to be integrated. The medicine received may not always feel sweet, but the bitterness will be alchemised.

This is a space for you to observe how you are moved by what naturally arises walk without judging your parts, the work or any aspects of your experience that arise to be witnessed. I tend to all aspects of you as they arise with curiosity, compassion & lack of expectation.

My most important role is to simply witness. To sit alongside you as you walk yourself home. To remind you of your power + facilitate opportunities for deeper self-actualisation. I am here to support you into supporting yourself.

Dealing with Repair

The nature of this work is intimate, it depends on open communication. If at any moment I feel the boundaries have slipped beyond what is most supportive for us both, I will gently ask us to reconsider any old paradigms or programmes that may be playing out. Similarly, if at any point you need an adjustment, I welcome each conversation with an open heart.

We have a dual responsibility to shape a dynamic that feels supported and nourishing for both parties and each person needs something different from me. Whilst I pride myself on being deeply attuned to each person and what they need, you get to decide how our time together looks.

Confidentiality

Everything shared within our sessions is held in strict confidence. Notes will be burned in ritual after our session closes, they are there only to help me attune to your needs in the moment. I am committed to maintaining a space where you can express yourself freely.

Contact

You will be able to contact me in the Telegram space over the course of the 28 days. I will be available for responses from 9am–4pm each weekday. When asking for direct guidance, I ask you to be as clear and concise as you can, so that I can speak fully to what is emerging. You will also have the group space to share about your experiences and curiosities as they emerge.

If you are experiencing an urgent emotional or personal crisis that falls outside of our professional container, please seek additional support from a trusted friend, therapist or professional resource. Whilst I hold space for deep transformation, immediate crisis support falls outside of my scope of care.

Dual Roles

If we know one another in any capacity prior to our first session, it is important to acknowledge the dual nature of our relationship. For the duration of the four week programme, I will be prioritising our professional dynamic to ensure clarity, structure and the fullest support of your process.. This does not diminish the care I hold for you personally but rather strengthens the integrity of both aspects of our relationship + prevents a sense of 'leakage'.

To keep our communication clear and energetically clean for both of us, all discussions/processes related to our work or what is emerging emotionally should be kept within our designated telegram space or brought to our calls. Reaching out via Instagram for example to share updates is beyond the scope of our container. It is important to me that you are able to hold yourself as you move through whatever arises as ultimately this is the end goal of receiving medicinal mentorship.

At the end of the programme, we will take time to consciously acknowledge this transition, honouring the depth of our journey together while ensuring that our relationship moves forward with clarity, balance, and a sense of completion.

Completion of the Container

The work we do together is multi-facetted, intricate and incredibly transformative. For many people the insights, lessons + adjustments in their being continue to unfold long after our work reaches completion. If you feel you need additional guidance after our time together reaches completion, we can speak about progressing into further work together.

Payments

All payments are due as per our agreement. If for whatever reason you cannot meet a scheduled payment, it is your responsibility to proactively communicate that before it is due. In instances such as this one we will come to a mutual agreement about an appropriate course of action based on the level of personal/professional impact. The payment is to be made by the arranged date each month without needing to be prompted. If payment is made over 30 days late, there will be an additional charge of 50% to cover personal and professional impact.

Social Media

If you feel called to share about your journey on social media, I deeply honour that. I simply ask that any personal reflections respect the integrity of the space.

The Nature of What is Shared

This is not a therapy space and the nature of what you share has impact. I gently ask that before sharing you contemplate what it is that you are hoping to get from the exchange and sit with any parts that may be longing for self-witnessing.

You will always be met from unwavering compassion and grace, and we all have a responsibility in upholding a space that feels nourishing for all 11 participants.
